This was an experiment with dying SLA prints as well as rendering and surfacing practice. 

 

The model was inspired by a YouTube tutorial but heavily modified to print and assemble.

I had access to a Form Labs SLA printer at a previous job and we wanted to explore alternative finishing methods besides painting to accommodate the flexible resins. The parts were colored using Rit Synthetic dye in a 90% IPA bath.
